CrossBorder Cooperation Serbia-Montenegro

The programme covers period of 2007-2013 and will be implemented by Centralized Implementation System rules. It has been defined to help providing socio-economic cohesion through joint actions to improve physical, business, social and institutional infrastructure and capacities and is a result of work of representatives from both countries in programming process during the year 2007.

 Several bilateral meetings were held between Operating structures representatives from both countries, as well as meetings of Joint programming committee - Programme drafting team. Result of those meetings and SWOT analysis of the programming area is the Programme document  which defines possible actions within the Programme framework, which will be financed by EU's instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance. The programme had been adopted and agreements setting out the general rules for cooperation and implementation of the Community assistance under the instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance had been signed in the last quarter of the year 2007.

Unofficial translation of the Application Form

Joint Technical Secretariat has made unofficial translation of the  Application form  for the First Call for Proposals within the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro.The Application Form has ben unofficially translated to Serbian and Montenegrin languages. Purpose of providing such unofficial translations is to provide the opportunity to potential applicants from Serbia and Montenegro to see all the details in the document in their native languages in order to be able to make better project proposals.
