CrossBorder Cooperation Serbia-Montenegro

The The Delegation of the European Commission to the Republic of Serbia and The Delegation of the European Commission to Montenegro in cooperation with The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and The Ministry for European Integration of Montenegro are seeking proposals in the following priority areas:(1) Improving the productivity and competitiveness of the area's economic, rural, cultural and environmental resources;(2) Cross-border initiatives targeting the exchange of people and ideas to enhance the professional and civic society cooperation,with financial assistance from the 2007 and 2008 IPA Cross - Border Programme Serbia - Montenegro budget.

Cross-border areas eligible for the Programme are:In the Republic of Serbia: Zlatiborski and Raški districts - the municipalities of Uzice, Bajina Basta, Pozega, Kosjeric, Cajetina, Arilje, Priboj, Nova Varos, Prijepolje, Sjenica, Raska, Novi Pazar, Tutin, Kraljevo and Vrnjacka Banja;In Montenegro: the municipalities of Pljevlja, Bijelo Polje, Berane, Rozaje, Plav, Andrijevica, Kolasin, Mojkovac, Zabljak, Pluzine, Savnik, Niksic, including the adjacent municipalities of Podgorica, Danilovgrad and Cetinje.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 23^rd of September 2009 (In the case of hand-deliveries, the deadline for receipt is at 16:00 local time on the same day).
