PODGORICA, August 5, 2010 - The Montenegrin government formally submitted to the EU Delegation to Montenegro its strategy and action plan to combat corruption and organised crime. These are key documents in the country's plans for accession to the EU.

All IPA 2010 projects will directly benefit Serbia's economic development, the European integration process and everyday lives of Serbian citizens. The European Union will provide 174 million euros for 28 new projects. Two billion euros have been invested in Serbia so far.

PODGORICA, May 13, 2010 - The Chamber of Economy of Montenegro in partnership with the EU Delegation to Montenegro held a round table discussion on Montenegro's EU path to mark European SME Week in Podgorica.

Head of Delegation of the European Union to Serbia Ambassador Vincent DEGERT and Serbian Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Bozidar DJELIC will sign a financial agreement between the European Union and the Serbian Government on the National Programme for the Republic of Serbia concerning the first IPA component - assistance in the transition and institution building for 2010.

The signing shall take place at Gradska kuca, Nis, on Tuesday, 25 May 2010, at 11.30 am.
